Overcoming Challenges Together

Learn how to feel peace in a time of chaos.

Addiction is a family disease, and families need support, too..

Counselling (primary service) - Counselling is a journey toward healing and finding meaningful ways to move forward. Our sessions are structured to create noticeable shifts in your relationships—often right from the start. In the beginning, we lay a strong foundation through education. I draw from both professional and lived experience to help you understand addiction, recovery, and everything in between.

Once you’ve got a clearer grasp of the landscape, we begin exploring the patterns, behaviours, and challenges you and your family are facing. Together, we identify your values, boundaries, and interpersonal dynamics so we can determine a clear call to action.

From there, we focus on practice. You’ll start applying what you’ve learned, and I’ll be there to support you as you navigate the inevitable bumps in the road. The goal is that you leave every session feeling more grounded, more confident, and more empowered than the last.

Coaching (add-on) - Coaching is an add-on service designed to support the person in your life who is currently using substances. I can help you navigate the complex healthcare system and find the most appropriate care for your loved one—within the limits of what your family is able and willing to contribute.

This includes system-navigation support such as finding programs, coordinating care, and preparing for interventions. Coaching is always tailored to your family’s unique circumstances, ensuring that next steps are realistic, compassionate, and aligned with your boundaries.
